Based on the survey of doctoral candidates of Kazakhstan, 6 universities ( Abai Kazakh national pedagogical university, L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian national university, Satpayev university, Academician E.A. Buketov Karagaranda state university, Zhangir khan West Kazakhstan agrarian-technology University), analysis of received recommendations from partner universities of the project (KazGUU University and the M.O.Auezov South-Kazakhstan state university) and national legislation on training at the doctoral level, propositions on improvement of doctoral programs were developed. They were discussed at the national level and submitted to the Ministry of Education and Science RK for further consideration and inclusion in the national legislation.
